Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates have active tax credentials, 3+ years of tax filing experience, and a strong community mindset. On-site, part-time hours vary with peak demand, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (1040s).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Willingness to work onsite Sundays through Saturdays for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full service tax returns and provide tax advice to customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
• Support marketing efforts and use TurboTax tools to assist clients.
