Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while actively building a local client base and community presence. You will help customers navigate tax requirements, maximize refunds, and offer personalized tax planning using TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must reside in the United States and obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex returns.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Use government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in clear language.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
