Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice, help customers navigate returns, and grow the local TurboTax client base.

You will collaborate with a team, wear a TurboTax uniform, and deliver best-in-class service in a front-facing retail environment while leveraging marketing support and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess/state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and provide tax planning advice.
• Build long-term relationships with local clients through proactive outreach.
