Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve customers in person, provide full-service tax preparation and tax advice, and help grow TurboTax’s client base through community engagement.

The role is on-site, non-exempt, and requires weekend availability. A tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) or active PTIN, state licenses, and at least 3 years of experience with 1040s are preferred.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, represent TurboTax locally and engage with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and maintaining long-term client relationships.
