Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN to file taxes.
  • Minimum 3 years of tax preparation experience with professional software.
  • Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax locations, including weekends and variable hours.

Responsibilities

  • Render on-site tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax Retail customers.
  • Lead local outreach and grow the client base through community engagement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist with in-store marketing efforts.
