Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and advice, while engaging with the local community to grow client relationships and drive customer loyalty.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires strong tax knowledge, professional certifications, and a passion for serving customers in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or strongly preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations is expected.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, weekends and full-time hours may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
