Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking proactive TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers in person, while actively building a local client base and community presence.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires at least 20 hours per week, including weekends, and offers competitive benefits and opportunities to grow within Intuit’s TurboTax network.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax location, including weekends.
• Ability to build local client relationships and community presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at retail locations.
