Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice, while growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will represent TurboTax in the community, engage prospects, and leverage marketing support and product tools to build a thriving local practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred; PTIN required.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships in person at TurboTax locations.
