Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them maximize refunds and understand tax outcomes. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement and local marketing to grow the client base and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

  • Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN.
  • Must have 3+ years of paid tax return experience (1040) using professional software.
  • Experience with Circular 230 is a plus.
  • Comfortable working on-site, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
  • Perform tax calculations, deductions optimization, and amendments guidance.
  • Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to attract clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
  • Build long-term relationships and grow client portfolio.
