Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers in person, while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships in the community. The role emphasizes trust, clear communication, and the ability to explain tax concepts in everyday language.

Competenze

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN.
  • Experience filing 1040 returns with professional software.

Mansioni

  • Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via tools.
