Job summary

Intuit Careers is seeking eligible TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

You’ll be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax, generating leads, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail environment. A US residence and state licenses are required.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Experience with professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build local client base.
