Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, building trust and helping clients navigate complex tax situations.

As a local ambassador, you will grow the TurboTax client base, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing to deliver accessible tax guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation expertise.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and attract new clients.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
• Utilize TurboTax tools and CRM to assist customers and grow the client base.
