Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers with a strong focus on client relationships.

As a community ambassador, you will grow the local client base, engage in local marketing, and provide personable service in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax tips and educational content for community.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice.
• Assist clients with simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base and referrals through community outreach.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a retail environment.
