Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide in‑person tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers, building relationships and driving local business growth. You will engage with the community as a trusted ambassador, expand the client base, and collaborate with marketing resources to deliver a top‑tier customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite at TurboTax location.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and turning them into long‑term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships while assisting with complex tax scenarios.
