Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while helping grow the local TurboTax client base and building lasting relationships in your community. Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
  • PTIN required by law to file taxes.
  • Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours/week, Sunday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building client relationships.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and a client‑centered approach.
