Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist in-person customers with tax preparation and expert guidance at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.

This on-site role blends tax knowledge with community engagement to grow a local client base and deliver accurate tax solutions. You will work hands-on with customers, complete returns, provide tax-planning tips, and leverage marketing resources to build trust and long-term relationships while upholding Intuit’s standards and service

Qualifications

• Hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• On-site servicing at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
• Grow TurboTax client base and community presence.
• Comfortable with complex tax scenarios and deductions optimization.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sources and professional tools.
• Build long-term relationships and grow the local TurboTax client base.
