Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will work with in-person customers to provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, leveraging your expertise to tailor solutions to each unique situation. As a proactive community ambassador, you will grow the local client base, nurture leads, and build lasting relationships through in-person service and local marketing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain relevant state licenses, certificates or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual returns.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and onsite retail work schedule.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax reviews, deductions, refunds, and future planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust for long-term relationships.
