Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping them navigate complex tax situations. As a trusted advisor and community ambassador, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver excellent service, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to expand reach while complying with industry regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Onsite presence required; 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
