Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a TurboTax retail or flagship location.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex tax situations with a personal touch. As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing and tools to empower your community.

Qualifications

• Active professional license in tax (EA/CPA) or attorney.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses or permits may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience (1040) per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite, 20+ hours per week.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full-service tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Provide tax advice and calculations on-site.
• Assist with client discovery and reviews to maximize refunds.
• Develop local client base and referrals.
• Use TurboTax tools and CRM for service.
