Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license preferred
• PTIN required to file taxes
• 1+ years of paid tax filing experience with professional software
• Willingness to work onsite 20+ hours per week, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice to TurboTax customers
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions and refunds
• Engage with local clients and communities to grow TurboTax presence
• Assist customers using TurboTax tools and give product guidance
