Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team in on-site locations across the United States.

You will deliver in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers navigate complex tax situations while building lasting client relationships within the local community. As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will be a trusted advisor, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools to grow your client base and deliver exceptional

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
  • PTIN required to file taxes.
  • State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsabilités

  • Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and personalized service in a front-facing retail setting.
