Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and support for customers in-person, leveraging your tax expertise to empower positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season.
• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA or attorney license preferred.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with the local community and support marketing efforts with TurboTax resources.
