Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as dedicated year-round Retail Experts in one of our locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship site.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, attract new customers, and deliver a personalized, high-quality experience in a friendly retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays-Saturdays, minimum 20 hours per week; hours may scale up.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships with clients.
