Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-store with tax preparation and advice at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will help clients navigate tax rules, prepare returns, and provide product support in person. As a trusted advisor in a retail environment, you’ll grow your local client base, build relationships, and contribute to community engagement while working onsite.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• PTIN required to file taxes; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base and establish long-term relationships in the local community.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and explain tax concepts in accessible language.
