Job summary

Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. Serve as a trusted advisor, perform full-service tax preparation, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement.

You will work on-site, deliver personalized tax advice, and leverage TurboTax resources to ensure accurate tax solutions while building ongoing client relationships in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax location, including Sundays, 20+ hours/week.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex tax scenarios.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
