Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, engage with the community, and help clients understand tax options.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front facing retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and serving as a public face.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long‑term clients through proactive outreach.
• Lead and participate with Turbotax in local marketing to make taxes accessible.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimise tax liabilities, maximise refunds, and plan taxes.
• Use government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
