Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and client services to build lasting relationships with the community.

Responsibilities include outreach, growing the local client base, and leveraging TurboTax resources to deliver accurate tax solutions. Onsite availability and a customer-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates or bonds as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours per week; weekend hrs possible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Assist clients with deductions, planning, and complex tax matters.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community.
