Zusammenfassung

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in-person, helping clients maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.

As a front-facing team member, you’ll build local relationships, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while representing Intuit in the community.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location in front-facing role.

Aufgaben

• Be a proactive community ambassador in the local TurboTax location.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Assist clients with simple to complex tax situations.
