Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service to help clients navigate their tax needs.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while expanding the local client base and fostering loyalty within the community.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience using professional software.
Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Act as a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
