Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to support customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

This on-site role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and entrepreneurial spirit to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax planning, and software support, while growing Intuit’s local client base and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location (20+ hours/week).
• Reside within the United States and willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador; engage with prospects and develop local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences to build trust and long-term relationships.
