Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and client advisory to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will perform in-person tax preparation, provide tax advice, and use TurboTax software to assist clients. The position emphasizes local relationship building, growth of the client base, and standing as a trusted TurboTax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week, Sundays–Saturdays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Drive client growth through local marketing and relationship building.
