Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs while growing Intuit’s local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. As a trusted advisor, you will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while wearing the

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Able to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and advice.
• Perform calculations and assist with complex tax situations.
• Utilize tax software and CRM tools to support clients.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base and presence.
