Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and product support, engaging with customers to build trust and drive prosperity in the community. You will be a proactive ambassador, leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools to grow the client base while delivering a personalized, high-quality customer experience in a friendly retail

Qualifications

  • Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
  • Must have PTIN to file taxes.
  • 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Onsite retail/tax prep role, 20+ hours/week.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax at a local retail location.
  • Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation for customers, including complex scenarios.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professional, empathetic service and clear guidance.
  • Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, referrals, and relationship-building.
