Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to empower customers in their tax journey.

You will work on-site, providing full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while building long-term client relationships in your local area.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA license or ability to obtain licenses required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Experience with professional tax software and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation and advisory services.
• Assist clients with deductions, planning, and accuracy in tax returns.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement.
