Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts.

This on-site role involves serving customers in-person, delivering tax preparation services, and advising on tax planning while representing the Intuit brand in the local community. You will work at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, engage prospects, educate customers, and support local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required or preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience with 1040s.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help grow TurboTax client base in the local community.
