Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex tax situations with clarity.

As a trusted community ambassador, you’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and participate in local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays‑Saturdays, ~20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences and build trust for long-term relationships.
