Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and personalized tax advice to customers, serving as a trusted local advisor in the community. You will engage prospects, build relationships, and leverage TurboTax tools to grow the client base while delivering exceptional service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of tax law and Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a trusted advisor and community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for clients onsite.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and marketing efforts.
