Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, addressing complex as well as simple tax situations.

You’ll engage with the local community, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships while representing TurboTax through marketing support and team collaboration.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license required.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location Sundays through Saturdays, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and helpful for community outreach.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Assist clients in discovery sessions, reviews, and tax planning discussions.
• Grow local client base and represent TurboTax in the community.
