Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll provide in-person tax preparation, advice and software support, helping customers navigate complex tax situations with clarity and care. As a trusted local ambassador, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with marketing to make taxes approachable.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including Sundays.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Engage with clients to identify deductions, planning opportunities and ensure accuracy.
• Build local client relationships and participate in marketing initiatives.
• Operate in a fast-paced retail environment with strong customer service.
