Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN active and current, as required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week, weekends may be required.
• Willingness to build local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; frontline retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador in local TurboTax locations.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience; build long-term client relationships.
