Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide comprehensive tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while delivering a trusted, friendly customer experience. As a Retail Expert, you will grow Intuit's local client base, participate in marketing efforts, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios with personalized guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep experience (30+ returns/season).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location (min 20 hours/week).
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow local client base.
• Represent TurboTax as a community ambassador and leverage marketing support.
• Work onsite in a retail environment and use TurboTax tools.
