Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building a local customer base and community presence.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires at least 20 hours per week, weekend coverage, and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
  • Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates.
  • Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230 guidelines.
  • Onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hrs/week.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
  • Perform tax calculations and software-assisted reviews for complex and simple returns.
  • Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
