Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and grow the local client base while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This on-site role requires 20 hours/week, Sundays included, and a professional, courteous approach in a front-facing retail setting. A strong tax background and knowledge of tax laws are essential.

Qualificações

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
  • Must have PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Onsite work at TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.
  • Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
  • Must be comfortable in a front-facing retail environment and wear TurboTax uniform.
  • Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with tax planning discussions.
