Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts in multiple US locations. You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.

You’ll build local client relationships, drive community engagement, and contribute to growing the TurboTax network while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This non-exempt on-site role requires 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Perform discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan ahead.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax client base and drive loyalty.
