Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in a face-to-face setting while helping grow the local TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional licenses (EA/CPA/attorney) required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum three years of paid tax returns filing experience.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Assist customers at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community engagement and referrals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and accurate tax solutions.
