Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while engaging with customers in-person and building a local client base. You will be a proactive community ambassador, helping clients achieve positive financial outcomes and expanding TurboTax’s presence through local events and content creation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays– Saturdays, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and offer tax planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
• Build local relationships, attract new clients, and leverage TurboTax resources to grow your client base.
