You will help grow the client base, build relationships, and provide accessible tax guidance within the community. The role emphasizes local marketing support and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while complying with tax regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver clear explanations in everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationships.
• Support in-person and video-assisted customer interactions.
