Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation and expert tax advice, serving as a trusted advisor in the local community.

The role combines tax expertise with customer service, aims to grow the client base, and requires a front-facing retail presence. A non-exempt position with weekend availability and uniform is expected.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Onsite availability Sundays–Saturdays, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and advice.
• Assist clients in-person at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location.
• Grow client base through local community engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer service and gather tax planning reasons.
