Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking part-time TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while engaging with customers to build trust and long-term relationships in your local community. You’ll act as a proactive community ambassador, attract new clients, and help grow TurboTax’s presence through personal interactions and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and plan for the future.
• Grow the local client base and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and participate in local marketing efforts.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with clear, relatable tax guidance.
