Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts in our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will work on-site providing full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support, while growing TurboTax’s client base within the local community and building long-term

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional tax software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Must be able to work onsite 20+ hours per week at a TurboTax location.
Willingness to build local/social presence as a TurboTax Expert and wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and customer-focused service.
Assist in local marketing initiatives and leverage TurboTax resources to grow the client base.
